The job at DispatchTrack is a glorified micromanaged telemarketing job.
#DISPATCH TRACK SOFTWARE#
The software is a "one trick pony" with so many other solutions available in the marketplace that are so much better than what DispatchTrack even claims to do. The software demo instances are incomplete and riddled with bugs and inaccurate data. The dictatorial ego driven management style cannot stand to be challenged even in the face of an obviously counter intuitive sales and prospecting process and culture. The product and industry training given was absolutely terrible. No information on competitors is given and no research on competitors is allowed. If other meetings occurred throughout the day, no one leaves until the assigned tasks/calls into the database were complete. No other prospecting method or tool that a rational experienced person would use are allowed to be used during office hours.
